Singer/songwriter Fiona Apple recently announced the title of her up-coming album - "The Idler Wheel is Wiser than the Driver of the Screw, and Whipping Cords will Serve You More than Ropes will Ever Do."The 34-year old artist will be releasing her new album in June through Epic records and will begin her U.S. tour after her appearance at SXSW.
