Highway to Hell - The long awaited release of Diablo III is almost here

Dungeon Rats take heed, after a seeming endless wait, Diablo III will be released May 15, 2012.  To make sure that their servers were properly configured for launch day, Blizzard Entertainment hosted an open beta weekend in April.  Although, it was far from perfect (Hence - BETA people!) it was fantastic to be able to visit the world if only for a few short hours.

 You can choose to play the Barbarian, Demon Hunter, Monk, Witch Doctor or Wizard. To sum up their playstyles — the Barbarian and Monk are close combat specialists, the Demon Hunter is a marksman and trap expert, while the Witch Doctor and Wizard are soft but devastating

The wait has seemed long; however, Tuesday will be here before we know it. Diablo III will be $59.99 when it launches on May 15th and will be available as a digital download from Blizzard, or via the more traditional boxed copy.  I am looking forward to playing my future new favorite game.
