Turns out, the actors didn't always know what was going to happen, so many of the "Boo" moments were genuine. Devin also said that the locations they were filming were remote and "heavy" with some of the things that actually occurred there.
That makes me want to ask you a few questions -
Do you like horror movies? If you do, do you like the ones that are filmed in a "real" style?
Do you think that places, such a Pripyat the city represented in the movie, retain (for lack of a better term) an after effect of the things that happened there?
Are you going to see Chernobyl Diaries?
Leave us your thoughts in the comments, please.
Chernobyl Diaries Synopsis
A group of six young tourists who, looking to go off the beaten path, hire an "extreme tour" guide. Ignoring warnings, he takes them into the city of Pripyat, the former home to the workers of the Chernobyl nuclear reactor, but a deserted town since the disaster more than 25 years ago. After a brief exploration of the abandoned city, however, the group soon finds themselves stranded, only to discover that they are not alone.
