Oprah's Ultimate Australian Adventure begins...

Some 300 lucky guests have touched down in Sydney, Australia yesterday courtesy of Oprah in what is shaping up to be a ginormous finale season. Jocelyn Kelley, who came from Boston with her mother Gloria, said she "would never in a million years think I would be going to Australia, and with Oprah - it's unbelievable, it's an unbelievable experience and I just want to soak in every bit of it"

Miss O herself flew in in her private jet and touched down in Cairns, Queensland today where she'll no doubt spend some time visiting the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree which is a heritage listed rainforest.

Other locations on the tour itinerary include Kangaroo Island, Uluru (Ayres Rock), and the Blue Mountains as well as the wine regions of Margaret River and the Barossa, Hunter and Yarra Valleys. The lucky guests will participate in snorkelling, cycling, bushwalking, surfing lessons and much much more and even on their first day had seen much of Sydney's sights, ending the day with an exclusive (and closed door) animal encouter at Sydney's Taronga Zoo.

There will be 2 shows to taped at the 'O'prah House next week, to be aired in the new year and a further 3rd show will air afterwards showing Oprah's favorite parts of Australia.
