Though she filed for divorce in October of 2009, it was only finalized Tuesday in Los Angeles. The terms of the divorce state that each singer keeps the rights to their song catalogs, awards and guitars. It also stated that neither individual would be receiving spousal support.The couple wed in 2006, and they have no children together.
