The couple met at the set of Taylor-Wood's film "Nowhere Boy," a biopic of the childhood of former Beatles member, John Lennon, in 2009.
The couple has two daughters together, Romy (5-months old) and Wylda who will turn 2-years old next month.
"I'm an old soul and she's a young soul. We don't see an age gap, we just see each other," Johnson said about their age difference.
Taylor-Wood has two children from past relationship.
The couple took in the family name Taylor-Johnson.
