It seems that there is actually a judge out there that doesn't care about a person's level of celebrity. Judge Elden S. Fox ordered Lindsay Lohan to stay in rehab, at The Betty Ford Clinic inRancho Mirage, CA, until January on Friday. This ruling comes after the Judge heard from a number of medical experts that she is only just realizing how serious her addiction really is. One of the other stipulations of her stay in rehab is that she is to stay through the start of the new year. Fox doesn't want there to be any chance of relapse for her before she is entirely ready to be released. It also comes on the heels of her latest arrest for failing a random drug test. The original ruling given by Fox back in August, stated that Lohan had to partake in a 67-day program involving outpatient treatment and random drug tests.
Upon hearing this new ruling, Lohan broke down. She should be counting her lucky stars, because this ruling that she so resents, is keeping her out of prison. Lohan is set to appear in front of the courts again on Feb. 25, at which time her probation officers will present a report of how she has been doing out of the public eye.
