British band Coldplay and artist Katy Perry will be performing at MusiCares tribute concert honoring Paul McCartney.MusiCares Person of the Year concert an annual tradition which started back in 1991 will be held in Los Angeles this year. Tickets ranges from $1,500 to $100, 000. The concert is for a good cause that offers safety net for musicians who need assisstance in times of difficulties (financial, personal, or medical crisis.)
In additional to Coldplay and Perry, Alicia Keys will also be performing. Foo Fighters, Alison Krausss, Norah Jones, James Taylor and Tony Bennett (both past honorees.) McCartney will also be performing during the event and will be promoting his newest album, "Kisses on the Bottom," the collection of pop standards.
