We took submissions from all over the planet, including letters, drawings, and videos. Finally we pinpointed a set of girls in Maryland that had us laughing, smiling, and all agreeing on who the #1 Belieber was.
Caeley Santos and Gurleen Ahuja from Maryland submitted a video to us where they showed us their rooms, told us why they loved him, and even did a little begging in the end.
