American singer Mariah Carey gave birth to twins today, Saturday at an undisclosed hospital in Los Angeles, Associated Press reported.According to Carey's representative, Berger, Carey and husband Nick Cannon welcomed a baby boy and a baby girl. Baby girl was born first, she weighed 5 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 18 inches long; while her brother weighed 5 pounds 6 ounces, and was 19 inches.
The twins were born on their parents' third year wedding anniversary. The couple have not yet named their newborns.
