"The Incident" is when the controversial tale took place when "Superman is reprimanded by a Secret Service staffer for appearing at a nonviolent protest in Tehran against the Iranian regime."
In the story, Superman realizes that he doesn't represent just the United States of America but that he is on Earth to protect everyone.
The issue was written by David S. Goyer with art by Miguel Sepulveda.
