“The babies were born a few weeks early, but are in good health and both Mom and Dad are overjoyed,” the rep told People.
These are the first children for 30-year-old Paquin, who wed the British actor in Malibu in August 2010.
Moyer, 42, is already a father to two children – Lilac, 10, and Billy, 12 – from previous relationships.
In May, Moyer said he was excited to expand his brood with his Oscar-winning wife.
"It's always amazing," he told Zap2it. "I love my kids so much. And I think that the fact that Anna is pregnant just adds more crazy to the bundle of fun."
