Chris Brown's Neck Tattoo Causes a WTF Moment

In Las Vegas on Monday, the "Don't Wake Me Up" singer, 23, shows a new tattoo on his neck. The image appears to be of a glamorous, yet battered, with a black eye, scratches and bruises on her face. The startling stamp conjures up memories for many of his ex-girlfriend Rihanna, who was photographed similarly blooded and bruised after Brown assaulted her in February 2009.  Brown's representative says, "It's a random woman and not Rihanna."

Rihanna also debuted a new tattoo to her Instagram followers.  A under-breast tattoo of the Goddess Isis.

I like Ri's better.
