A man, identified as Jason Luis Rivera, was arrested outside the home of Miley Cyrus over the weekend.
According to reports, the man first jumped the fence onto Cyrus' property and proceeded to knock on the door. He then began throwing himself against the exterior of the house. Someone who was at the home called 911 and the police arrested the man who was brandishing a pair of scissors.
The man claimed he new Cyrus, stating, "I am a friend of Miley Cyrus. I am. She's my wife. Me and Miley have been friends for five years." He was described as "delusional" during his arrest by Lt. Brian Wendling of the Los Angeles Police Department as told to E! News.
Luckily, Cyrus was not home during the time of the event.
