"Titanic" mini-series trailer

No, it's not James Cameron's "Titanic" but watching the trailer, it looks as dramatic and interesting.

"Titanic" is an up-coming British-Canadian-Hungarian mini-series from BAFTA-award winning producer Nigel Stafford-Clark ("Bleak House," "The Passion.")

It will ain on ITV1 in spring of 2012. Glen Bishop, Ruth Bradley, and Glen Blackhall are among the stars featured in the mini-series.

"Titanic" in 3D

James Cameron's Titanic will once again hit theaters worldwide in 3D version in 2012.

The re-release of the commercial and critical film on April 6th, 2012 will mark the 100th anniversary of the liner that was set to sail from England to America on April 10th, 1912.

In a statement issued by the distributors and studios, Cameron said, "There's a whole generation that's never seen 'Titanic' as it was meant to be seen, on the big screen. And this will be 'Titanic' as you've never seen it before, digitally remastered at 4K (resolution) and painstakingly converted to 3D."

Titanic which was released in 1997 and starred Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet, won 11 Oscars including best picture and best director for James Cameron. It grossed $1.8 billion worldwide and for the longest time, held the most successful movie title until another of Cameron's own creation, Avatar took the title after it's released.

Nude Titanic Sketch To Be Featured At Auction

A wonderful piece of artwork and memorabilia from the 1997 epic film Titanic will be featured at Premiere Props Auction this weekend.

Jack Dawson, the artist character from Titanic portrayed by Leonardo DiCaprio drew a picture of Rose (Kate Winslet), reclining on a sofa wearing nothing but a diamond necklace. The said sketch was done by Titanic director James Cameron which he signed with DiCaprio's character's initial and dated April 14, 1912.

Titanic, which was written, co-produced and directed by James Cameron was considered as the highest grossing film worlwide for 12 years until Avatar, which was also created by Cameron, was released.
