Keep A Child Alive, the non-profit organization Keys co-founded held a Keep A Child Alive Black Ball at the Roundhouse in Camden, London. Keys hosted the event with Grammy award winner artist Mark Ronson.

The event's guests included Tinie Tempah, Paloma Faith, Chipmunh, Beth Ditto and Jay Sean.

Keys wore a black Givency gown with feathered skirt and walked with her husband, producer Swizz Beatz (Kasseem Daoud Dean.)

"It is a big deal, because I think about all the children who don't have a mum. They have to fend for themselves and look after themselves. What do they have left to do, if they have no one around to protect them? It makes tonight very, very important," Alisha spoke at the red carpet.

The event also featured an auction with a studio session with Ronson, artwork of US President Barack Obama and luxury trip to New York as offerings.
