It's been reported that 2010 action film Salt starring American actress Angelina Jolie was given a go for a sequel.The film directed by Phillip Noyce is about Evelyn Salt, a government operative who is accused of being a sleeper agent. Sony Pictures has ordered the film's sequel script which screenwriter Kurt Wimmer had started working on. It was also reported that Jolie is interested in reprising her role as the spy Salt.
Salt earned about $300 million dollars in the box office all over the world.
