Newsweek's "Diana at 50"

Newsweek released their latest issue featuring the late Princess Diana of Wales. The feature presented the Princess had she lived to celebrate her 50th birthday which is this coming Friday, July 1st.

The feature received both positive and negative reactions from the media.

In the publication's cover, Princess Diana was digitally placed next to her first son, Prince William's new wife Princess Kate. Within the magazine, there are stories imagining where would Princess Diana be had she lived today.

Tina Brown, Daily Beast founder and a Diana expert wrote a dramatic version of the modern Princess Diana where the Princess would be using Twitter, having her own Facebook page and together with the story is another image of the digitally aged Princess holding an iPhone.

Another story imagined the Princess in a loft in New York and having a "strange but comforting friendship with ex-husband Charles, Prince of Wales."
