American actor Nicolas Cage will not be facing any charges after his arrest on April 16th in New Orleans, according to the actor's lawyer.Cage was reported to have had a drunken argument with his wife and grabbed her arm and pounded on cars in the French Quarter last month in New Orleans. Cage was then arrested and was booked with domestic abuse, disturbing the peace and public drunkenness.
An Orleans Parish District Attorney spokesman stated that the prosecutors determined that "the conduct did not amount to criminal conduct."
Cage was released after paying a 11,000 US dollar bond.
