Osama Bin Laden is dead.
This was the announcement President Obama made about 12 hours ago.
And as the different types of media have their own take on this subject, it seemed that Hollywoo has its own as well.
Mike Fleming of Deadline Hollywood Daily reports that The Hurt Locker team, Academy award winning director an screenwriter, Kathryn Bigelow and Mark Boal have been working on a Bin Laden film.
The movie as planned was based on an earlier unsuccessful mission to try to kill Bin Laden, leader of Al Qaeda, responsible for the 9/11 terrorist attack on America.
“But now they’ve certainly got a celebratory ending to that dramatic story with [the] announcement that the U.S. conducted a military operation that killed Bin Laden," Fleming added.
Hollywood Reporter has speculations that in the upcoming weeks, we “will likely see a ton of new Bin Laden projects, especially as the details of the U.S. mission to kill him become known."
