30 Rock star Tina Fey welcomed the new addition to their family!Fey gave birth to baby girl Penelope Athena was born on Wednesday, August 10th, the actress' second child with composer husband Jeffrey Richmond.
Fey, 41 and husband Richmond, 51, composer for 30 Rock, dated for seven years before marrying. Their first daughter Alice Zenobia Richmond turns five in September.
