American rock band Kings of Leon is reported to be canceling the rest of their U.S. tour.
According to the band's representative who spoke on Monday with People.com, "We are so sorry to say…[cancellation is] due to Caleb Followill suffering from vocal issues and exhaustion, the band is devastated, but in order to give their fans the shows they deserve, they need to take this break."
The band had to stop their Dallas concert Friday night because Caleb wasn't feeling well.
“Utterly depressed. It’s completely out of my hands, Family has to come 1st," the band's bassist and Caleb's younger brother, Jared, tweeted on Monday. He also tweeted later on about receiving the news about the tour's cancellation and posted a video accompanying his tweet and appeared upset in his clip.
The band will resume their Canadian tour starting on September 28th. People who purchased tickets for the U.S. tour via phone or online will be refunded.
