Fox's new sitcom New Girl just cast He's Just Not That Into You star Justin Long.New Girl is about Jessica Day played by Zooey Deschanel, a bubbly woman on her late 20s who is just getting over her break-up with his model boyfriend. Long will play a music teacher named Paul, who catches Jess' attention.
New Girl was created by Liz Meriwether (No Strings Attached), also the executive producer of the show. Hannah Simone, Jake M. Johnson, Lamorne Morris, and Max Greenfield star alongside Deschanel and Long.
New Girl will be shown every Tuesday night on Fox starting September 20th, 2011 at 9/8c.
