The 2011 British version of Emily Brontë's "Wuthering Heights" is unlike other period film which features gorgeous houses and extravagant clothing of the era. This adaptation focuses on the landscape where the film was set.
Click here for more images.Directed by Andrea Arnold, "Wuthering Heights" stars Kaya Scodelario (Skins UK Gen1 and Gen2) and James Howson. Arnold's adaptation features actors whose ages are closer to the characters in the novel it was based on.
"Wuthering Heights" was released in Venice, Italy on September 6th, 2011. It will be shown in United Kingdom on November 11th, 2011.
