Hugh Jackman #1 sexiest...

The ultimate challenge was thrown out and the people have made their choice...who is the hottest guy and gal in the sci-fi universe? The Syfy channel asked and the results are in.

 Buff Aussie, Hugh Jackman beat out David Tenant for 2nd and John Barrowman in 3rd (I know that will have caused some controversy amoungst dedicated Doctor Who and Torchwood fans). Jackman plays X-Men's 'Wolverine'. Johnny Depp's character, Edward Scissorhands came in 4th (is that character sexy......??)

The lucky lady who garnered the most votes was (not surprisingly) Sarah Michelle Gellar, more commonly known in these fandom circles as Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Jeri Ryan slithered her way into 2nd with her lithely clothed and uniquely named character Seven of Nine from Star Trek Voyager.
