It's no secret that Halle Berry has been wanting to re-locate with her daughter to France for some time. But a Los Angeles judge has thrown a spanner in the works by ruling that the Oscar-winning actress is not allowed to do so.
Berry has previously spoken about the paparazzi following them in the US and has voiced her desire to move to France with her daughter, Nahla, and fiancee, Olivier Martinez. She was quoted in InStyle's November issue that she thinks France would be a good place to re-locate to because of the "appeal of privacy and a greater sense of safety."
Berry has been engaged in an in-going custody battle with Nahla's father, model Gabriel Aubry, but reports are that the plan to move Nahla was not an attempt to permanently separate Aubry from his daughter.
Wherever they are all living, we hope this custody battle is resolved soon, for Nahla's sake!
