When doctors recently told Sharon Osbourne that she had a gene that made her more likely to develop breast cancer, she made a decision to take preventative steps to try and ensure she stays in good health.
The Osbourne family matriarch revealed she has had a double mastectomy in order to try and reduce her risk of developing the disease that affects so many women across the world.
While the mother of three admitted the decision was not a hard one to make, life has certainly not been a walk in the park. Earlier this year, her only son, Jack, was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, while Sharon has herself battled colon cancer in the past.
Whatever the future holds for Sharon and her family, it's sure to be nothing this strong, outspoken woman can't handle!
