The CW - Mila Kunis is producing 70's show.
But not that 70's show. (I apologize. I couldn't help myself.) It is a flashback of that show, though, the second for the CW.
The project is called Meridian Hills and is billed as a 1970s-set woman’s lib drama, Mila is not expected to have an on-screen role. The tag is “Set in a boozy Midwest country club circa 1972, when the push for the Equal Rights Amendment was just beginning, a young, newly married woman joins the Junior League, discovering an eclectic group of other young women who become unlikely allies in her quest to change the system.” Ms. Kunis will serve as an executive producer on the project.
The CW is also developing some high-concept projects like a Los Angeles-set Alice in Wonderland, and fresh takes on Wonder Woman and Sleepy Hollow in addition to the Sex in the City, prequel The Carrie Diaries.
