Paul McCartney and Wife in Helicopter Near Miss
Recent report have emerged that legendary singer Paul McCartney and his wife, Nancy Shevell, were earlier this year almost involved in a helicopter crash. The aircraft they were travelling in came close to colliding with the treetops on their way home, when the pilot lost momentary control due to bad weather.
The UK's Department of Transport is investigating the incident, in which the pilot managed to pull the helicopter back with what would have been seconds to spare, as they were only a couple of feet away from hitting the trees. At the time, the weather conditions included rain, low lying clouds and poor visibility.
The famed musician and his wife had travelling back to their East Sussex estate on an aircraft chartered through Air Harrods of London.
Whatever the outcome is of the investigation is, we're glad that everyone is okay!
