Pretty Little Liars actor Chad Lowe is a dad for the second time! Chad and his wife, Kim, added to their little family on Nov 15th, with the arrival of their second daughter.
While there's still no word on the little girl's name, the actor took to Twitter to announce the good news. "It's a girl!!! And she's as beautiful as her mommy (@ikimlowe) & big sister Mabel!!" the star tweeted.
Kim later added on her Twitter profile that they are "exhausted but loving every minute with our new little addition."
