Nicollette Sheridan's Court Appeal Rejected
Nicollette Sheridan was denied an appeal on Friday by the California Supreme Court. This development is the latest in an ongoing two year lawsuit that Sheridan started by claiming she was fired after complaining that the creator of Desperate Housewives, Marc Cherry, struck her on the head during an argument.
Her initial claims against Cherry have previously been dismissed and her case against ABC and it's producers ended in a mistrial. The actress then requested that the case be reheard, but that request was rejected.
After all that, the former Desperate Housewives star then appealed to the California Supreme Court, only to have her appeal denied during the week.
What do you think about the saga? Do you think there is truth to Sheridan's claims she was wrongfully fired?
