In this 50 second video, Lady Gaga spoke to the people of Japan in behalf of her fans whom she lovingly calls the Monsters. In relation to the recent tragedy Japan had experienced, Lady Gaga, among other celebrities, has been campaigning to raise funds to help out the grief-stricken country. House of Gaga designed a bracelet that read "PRAY FOR JAPAN" in both English and Japanese.
