During the 55th anniversary of Elvis Presley's death, the traditional candlelight vigil and concert will be held at Graceland, Elvis' home in Memphis, Tennessee.
Elvis Week, as the remembrance of his death was called, was said to draw thousands of fans every year. The celebration is set on the 10th through the 16th of August.
The festivities will be highlighted by a concert with a virtual Elvis on a large LED-screen, accompanied by a live band and real back-up singers. A documentary about the man who discovered Elvis, Sam Phillips, will also be shown during the celebration. These events will be followed by a vigil at the late artist's grave.
