Winehouse's funeral, for family and close friends

English singer-songwriter Amy Winehouse's funeral will be held on Tuesday, August 2nd for "family and close friends."


The announcement was made by Winehouse's grieving family after the police said that it will take up to four weeks for the test results to be available to determine the cause of the late artist's death.

The family's spokesman said, "The funeral will take place on Tuesday and will be a family and close friends affair" and would not reveal the location or time.

Winehouse's body was found in her apartment in Camden, London on the 23rd of July and was pronounced dead at the scene. She was 27 years old.

Winehouse was well know for her song Rehab and also for her Ivor Novello Award winning track, Love Is A Losing Game.
